When you book, chat, email, or call, we may collect your name, phone, email, service address / ZIP, vehicle details, preferred appointment time, notes you provide, and technical data (IP address, device/browser) needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

We use your information to schedule and fulfill detailing appointments, send confirmations and operational messages, improve routing and service quality, respond to chat/support requests, and meet legal or safety obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share information with service providers who process bookings, email, maps/geocoding, hosting, and payments on our behalf, and with independent contractor technicians assigned to your job. We may disclose information if required by law.

Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
